100 Years in Family Business
This is your opportunity to hear from Brian White AO who is the third generation leader the Ray White Group. Started by his grandfather in 1902, the company remains family owned and is now the largest real estate franchise group in Australasia.
In 1962 Brian joined the business, becoming Managing Director 12 years later. Alongside his brother Paul, they made the key decision to transform a strong provincial business into a national broad based real estate group. Brian now holds the Chairman role of the Ray White Group.
Brian has emphasised that it has been the integrated strength of his family that has created this continuing growth. His three sons – Sam, Dan and Ben – and Paul’s son Matthew, now all play vital roles in the business.
“Paul and I have been the custodians of the company for a part of its history – but the strongest fulfilment of our company’s ambitions will come through the next generation,” says Brian.
