The First Five Rungs have recently undertaken extensive research of the industry’s newcomers, to gain fresh insights into their experiences and needs. The FFR would like to invite senior management and industry leaders from agencies within the Comms Council to attend a presentation of these research findings.
We want to ensure newcomers get the best possible start to the industry to not only thrive and succeed in their career but also to ensure agencies attract and retain the best talent.
The way we work has changed in the last couple of years, and with a pandemic, remote working, job volatility and OE’s all taking place at once, we needed a check in with the industry newbies. Working with TRA, the FFR carried out qualitative and quantitative research to investigate what juniors needed support with.
The research has discovered actionable insights on how managers and agency leaders can improve the experience for newcomers and we’d like to share them with you.
We’ve uncovered the unnecessary difficulties that young people encounter when they start out in the industry along with some simple ways to put an end to them.
We know that you can make a difference to not only future proof your agency but the industry as a whole.
