When it comes to business, networking is half the battle. That old adage – it’s not what you know, it’s who you know – has never been more true.

Fit 4 Business is a collaboration of like-minded, ambitious and dynamic business professionals who focus on networking to boost their businesses.

Our groups meet weekly to set professional and fitness goals for the week ahead. The business networking aspect allows members to bounce ideas off one another, learn from other business experts and, most importantly, have a support system for tracking their professional and fitness goals.

Through the relationships formed at these weekly meetings, Fit 4 Business allows members to make contacts, network, and obtain and provide referrals for their businesses.

The group is made up of a diverse set of professionals from a variety of local businesses that have a keen interest in making new friends and developing their ideas with other business owners.
