The pig. The ultimate desert island 'companion'. Chef Jacob Brown of The Larder presents This LIttle Piggy - a class in which you will explore all aspects of the pig. Learn how to make your own bacon two ways - wet and dry cured. Need I say more - to detail more would be to guild the lilly.
You'll taste Jacob's dishes, and we'll pair a glass of wine or craft beer to match. We'll send you on your way with recipes and a beautiful Gaggenau magazine - well satiated and bursting with ideas.

The City Market is home to a stunning Gaggenau kitchen in which we will be offering intimate cooking classes with Wellington’s best chefs and food personalities. Hosted by Eat & Greet's Beth Brash, classes will take place in the City Market where you will be surrounded by bustle, bounty, and aromas every second Sunday.
With classes like dumpling making with City Market's own House of Dumplings, Lebanese cooking with Phoenician Falafel, Knife skills and butchery; not one class will be the same.
Classes will be small, so book early. Guests will have the opportunity to listen, learn, ask questions, and most importantly, taste. After 90mins of more reality than you can shake a whisk at, we’ll send you on your way with your belly full and a recipe card so that you can recreate it all again at home. You will be well satiated and bursting with ideas.
