Anne Cullen is the Founder and Director of The Nurture Centre (www.thenurturecentre.nz).  She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Anthropology; Family Resources; and Education who has worked closely with children and families for over 20 years in a both private and group settings including primary schools, preschools, early intervention programs and private, in-home situations.

Anne’s heart-centred approach supports families with individualised care that meets their unique circumstances, values and personalities helping them achieve their personal goals and strengthen their family relationships.  She is passionate about spreading current, evidence-based information so that parents can make informed decisions about how they care for their children!

Hilary Blackstock from Playfit with Hils, and author of Project You, uses her degree in Physical Education and her passion to see people smile and have fun by assisting them make small, simple sustainable change. As a movement motivator she aids people to find a movement they enjoy, that makes them feel good. With her holistic approach she has created a wellness journal so people can work through the small steps and have somewhere to record their progress.
