How can I get a refund, or cancel or change my tickets?
How to request a refund or change your ticket

Tip: The best way to request a refund or change to a ticket is by contacting the organizer of the event. You can find the organizer's contact information in a variety of ways, as detailed below. Because Eventbrite doesn't actually host events, we're not able to process refunds, ticket changes or cancellations of RSVPs on behalf of event hosts and organizers.
The easiest way to request a refund is to log in to Eventbrite here with the email address you used to register for the event. (If you didn't create a password when you registered for the event--don't worry! You can easily create one from the log-in page.)
Once you're logged in, find the name of the event you registered for and click Request Refund. (If you don't see the event, you might need to click Show all tickets or View past tickets.)
Note: If you don't see the Request Refund link by the name of the event you're attending, it means the organizer of the event has disabled the feature. See below to learn how to contact the organizer directly if you have any questions.
In the Contact organizer: window that appears, you'll find your name, email address and message auto-filled, though you can change any of this info. (We recommend including your phone number, in case the organizer prefers to call you.)
Click Send message when you're done. Your message will be sent directly to the event organizer! (We recommend giving them up to a few days to reply to your email, just in case.)
You can also reply to the order confirmation email you received after registering. Your reply will go directly to the host of the event. You can also find the email address for the event host in this order confirmation email.
We recommend that you include your phone number in your email in case the event host would like to call, rather than email, you.
You can also click on the Contact the Host link on the event registration page, usually at the top or bottom right of the page. The event registration page is where you registered for your tickets.

I prefer to call the event host to ask for a refund or ticket change. How do I do that?
Check the event page where you registered to see if the event host has included their phone number. If they have, feel free to call! If not, then your best option is to contact them using one of the above methods.
Note: Eventbrite is a self-service online tool that the event host used to sell tickets or take registrations to this event. Unfortunately, we can't issue refunds or process changes to tickets from within our organizers' accounts. This is why you'd need to contact the event host directly, as detailed above.
