How to get your tickets for an event

Wondering where to find your tickets that you bought or registered for? This tutorial shows you where to get them!

Tip

Tip: The easiest way to print or reprint your tickets is by opening the order confirmation email you received in your email inbox after you completed your order. You can also find them by going here and logging in to Eventbrite.

Check the order confirmation email

1

After registering for an event, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite. Find the PDF file attached to the order confirmation email and download it to view and print your ticket(s). You may also click on the link provided in the email to download the tickets.

Note

Note: Some event organizers will choose to disable PDF tickets since they don't need tickets to check in their attendees on the day of the event. If this is true for the event you're attending, then you will not see a file attached to the email or a link to click on to download your tickets.

Tip

Tip: When downloading the attachment, you're given the option to Save or Open the file. We recommend you choose to Save the file to your desktop. Then open the saved file from your desktop and print it.

Log in to Eventbrite to find your tickets

1

To log in to your Eventbrite account, go to https://www.eventbrite.com/gettickets.

2

Enter the email address and password that you used at the time you registered.

If you didn't set a password when you registered or have forgotten it, scroll down to Don't know your password? and enter the email address you registered with and click Reset Password. An email will be sent to you with a link to set or reset your password.

3

Once you've logged in to Eventbrite, click on the My Tickets tab at the top of the page if it isn't already selected.

4

Click the orange Print button to the right of the name of the event to download and print your tickets.

Tip

Tip: When you are given the option to Save or Open the file, choose to Save the file to your desktop. Then open the saved file from your desktop and print it.

5

If there isn't an orange Print button to the right of the name of the event, then the organizer has elected to disable the PDF tickets. This means that you do not need to print a ticket to attend the event.

You can view event instructions by checking your order confirmation email and/or the order confirmation page. You can view the order confirmation page by clicking on the name of the event.
