Enter the following information and then click Save:

- Ticket Name: The name of your ticket type will appear on your event page. It will also appear on the PDF tickets that are, by default, attached to the confirmation email that is sent to attendees after they register.

- Ticket Price: This is the price of your ticket, not including any fees. Your ticket can also be free (no fees are charged for free tickets) or donation format.

- Quantity Available: This indicates the quantity available of just this ticket type. You can change this number at any time, even after publishing your event, by going to Step 2: Add Ticket Information on the Edit page for your event and clicking on the name of the ticket.

You can also edit a number of additional options, which are accessed by clicking Show next to Advanced options, and then click Save:

- Start Sales: You can choose to start the sales of this ticket type at a particular date/time, an amount of time before the event starts, or when sales end for another of your ticket types (if you have created more than one ticket type).

- End Sales: You can choose to end the sales of this ticket type at a particular date/time or an amount of time before the event starts.

- Min./Max. Tickets per Order: Limit the quantity of this ticket type that can be ordered in a single order.

- Ticket Description: Enter more details about the ticket type here. What you enter will appear as smaller text below the name of your ticket type on the event page. You have the option to auto-hide this text, so that an attendee must click more info in order to view it.

- Service Fee: Select whether you or the attendee will be paying the fees. (By default, the attendee pays the fees.) Learn more here. (There are no fees charged for free tickets.)

You can also edit a number of additional options by clicking on Settings to the right of your Ticket Name. You’ll see that you have the ability to enter information for the following:

- Ticket Description: Enter more details about the ticket type here. What you enter will appear as smaller text below the name of your ticket type on the event page. You have the option to auto-hide this text by keeping the checkbox by Hide description on event pages checked, so that an attendee must click more info in order to view it.

-Date and Time: You can choose when your tickets go on and off of sale by selecting a date and time under Sale Starts and Sale Ends. If you have more than one ticket type, you’ll also have the option to start your ticket sales when ticket sales end for another ticket type by clicking on the link or when ticket sales end in the Start Sales section.

- Tickets permitted per order: Limit the quantity of this ticket type that can be ordered in a single order by placing a Minimum and Maximum number that an attendee may choose from.

- Service Fee: Select whether you or the attendee will be paying the fees. By default, the fee is passed onto the attendee, but if you, the organizer, would like to pay the fees, make sure to check the button next to "Absorb the fees into the ticket price". (There are no fees charged for free tickets.) If you’re using our credit card processor, you’ll also have the option to Split the fees. Learn more here.

If you'd like, you can apply the same fee settings across all of your ticket types by going to the Global Settings section at the top of Step 2: Create Tickets and selecting how you’d like to manage the fees across all of your ticket types.
