How do I reset my password?

Reset your account password

Go to www.eventbrite.com/login and click on the blue Forgot Password? link.

Manually add attendees to your event.

Enter your Eventbrite account's email address in the text box, then click the Reset Password button. A password-reset email will be sent to the email address on your Eventbrite account. Manually add attendees to your event.

Check your email inbox and open the email from Eventbrite with the subject line Your new Eventbrite password.

Click on the Set a new password button in the email you received.  Manually add attendees to your event.

You'll now be taken back to Eventbrite to enter and verify your new password. When you have finished setting your new password, click the Reset password button.

Congrats! You have successfully reset your password and can now log in to your account.

Tip

Tip: You may want to jot down your new password, so you can log in with ease in the future!
