Help! My credit card is being declined by PayPal! What can I do?
If the event organizer is using PayPal to accept credit card payments, you should receive an error message that will tell you what you'll want to fix. If you have not received an order confirmation email from PayPal and Eventbrite, try running your credit card again after making the requested changes.
If you don't see an error message, you may want to call PayPal customer service directly to figure out why your card is not going through: 800-221-1161.

If the event organizer is using Google Checkout, you'll also receive an error message explaining why your card has been declined. Make any requested changes, then try running your card again.
If you're still not successful, you can try contacting Google Checkout Buyer Help by clicking here to figure out why your card isn't going through.
The event page says that tickets are sold out or "N/A" is displayed!
If the tickets for the event are sold out, you'll want to get in touch with the event organizer directly to see if there are additional tickets available. If "N/A" is shown, either the tickets have not yet gone on sale or the sales have ended.

You can reach the event organizer by clicking the Contact the Host link on the event registration page, which is found in the upper or lower left section of the page. You can also click on the Contact the Host button on the right
