In this time of global overload due to the existing polycrisis, it is necessary to create new leadership systems in order to jointly create a future based on autonomy, a sense of security and trustworthy relationships. Throughout the history of the world, it has always been necessary to reform existing conditions and break new ground. This has always been associated with a high degree of idealism, which ultimately made significant change possible.The ecology of ‘The Sacred Shell’ aims to create virtual and physical spaces in which global impact can be increased exponentially through the collaboration of existing networks of highly impactful conscious leaders and wisdom keepers. In addition, the cross-fertilisation of leaders of various networks of changemakers leads to a further increase in the awareness of the individual and thus also of the members of the different networks. This allows an expansion in greatness and impact for Peace, New Health and Consciousness that cannot be reached on our own, but only collectively.
