Wine Tasting Event

My first wine was a Cabernet Sauvignon blend & my second wine was Shiraz in South Australia. "C&S Wine" does not only start from these 2 common grape varieties, but it means to try (the "C" sound in Cantonese means "TRY") & to share.In the beginning, to taste a bottle of 750ml is too much. It is not easy to find friends to share with you. Or if you go to the wine tasting festival, every time you will taste a little only, and you will taste too many bottles without theme/topic.C&S Wine wants to help you to solve this situation. We share the bottles with a topic and discuss what we feel after tasting the bottles, with a WSET diploma (WSET Lv4) candidate.
