This 10 course extravaganza expertly prepared by our Diplôme Avancé Culinaire students is not to be missed. These students have already completed their Diplôme de Cuisine or Diplôme de Pâtisserie, and are now exploring more complex forms of gastronomy that is sure to amaze and amuse your taste buds!

Matched Wine Option: If you would like to add matched wines to your dining experience you can do so on the day by paying an additional $55. Alternatively we have a selection of wines to purchase by the glass or bottle as well as beers and soft drinks. We are a fully licensed restaurant and do not offer BYO.
Dietary Requirements: Our menu is set and we are unable to make any menu alterations, or cater to any specific dietary requirements (including religious diets) or food allergies. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Menu: Our students' work during their term to create the menu therefore it will not be released before the event. Please be aware that the menu will include fish, meat and shelfish components.
Tickets are allocated for specific seating times, please ensure you arrive prompty at the time indicated on your ticket. The estimated time to enjoy the full Le Cordon Bleu 9 course degustation experience is three hours. We invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy our students' creations.
What is Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu?
Brasserie Le Cordon Bleu is our training restaurant where our students get practical experience in a real restaurant environment - all under the expert guidance of their chef lecturers. In the kitchen, we have students from our Diplôme Avancé Culinaire programme who are working towards the completion of their NZQA level 5. In the restaurant, you will be attended to by our first and second year Bachelor of Culinary Arts & Business students.
