2017 EY FINANCE WORKSHOP

The EY Finance workshop will take you through everything you need from sourcing start-up capital to an end of year exit.

The day will cover the following:

• How to make a bank account
• Sourcing capital, how to structure it and how to valuate your business
• Introduction to using an accounting software
• Income and Cash flow statements
• Sales forecasts
• Cost break-down and Breakeven
• Rate of Return
• Liquidation Exit

More information:

• Only Finance directors or CEO can attend (We have limited seats)
• Students will network with various business people so make sure you are well dressed representing your business and school
• Morning tea and lunch will be provided
• Each student will take away a handout especially helpful for Dragons Den

We recommend taking the train or bus direct to Britomart as being the best option of transport. EY is literally a 1 minute walk from the Britomart train station.
