Canterbury / West Coast (Mid South) Region Outdoor Hui - Friday 6th December 2019

We are inviting all organisations and interest groups who work in the outdoors. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and greet with your colleagues. The Hui is designed to understand and discuss what is happening at a local and national level, and to receive a full briefing on current issues and actions such as the Outdoor Active Recreation Strategy and Education Reviews happening at secondary and tertiary levels. Its a time to connect around on-going aspects of our mahi such as SMS, Workforce, Access & Funding.

And most importantly, an opportunity to input to the Outdoor Active Recreation Manifesto – Policy Statement.

We hope to welcome local Council, Sport Canterbury, Outdoor providers, educators, Clubs, Independent contractors and other relevant stakeholders.
