This Taiwanese creative cooking seminar is a full-day event from 10 am to 3 pm. It will be taught by a famous Taiwanese chef who will demonstrate the cooking techniques of five classic and creative Taiwanese dishes. The course will be divided into two stages, morning and afternoon. There will be a break at noon, and a delicate Taiwanese-style lunch box will be provided as lunch.
本次台式創意料理講座為全日活動,時間自上午10點至下午3點,由台灣名廚親自授課,現場示範五道經典且富創意的台式菜色之烹調技巧。課程將分為上午與下午兩個階段進行,中午安排休息時段,並將提供一份精緻台式風味餐盒作為午餐
