Welcome to the 24th Annual SPADA Conference 2016
SPADA is looking forward to having everyone back at the Mac's Function Centre this year. The dates for SPADA's iconic event is Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th of Novemberr 2016.
If you're booking flights Day One (Thurs 24th) of the SPADA Conference starts at 9:00am and wraps on Day Two (Fri 25th) at 2:30pm.
Your SPADA Conference Registration includes:

Additional Tickets to the Conference Cocktail Function can be purchased for $60 per person.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Don't worry - Student ID/age will only be asked/required if you've registered as a Student/Youth!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Te Papa is your closest and cheapest option for parking. The venue does not have any parking; a few parks are available outside but for a limited time period (so OK for being dropped off/picked up).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you could get in touch with the SPADA Office if you're unable to make it on the day due to unforseen circumstances; if appropriate we will re-assign. Sharing of one ticket between two people is not allowed.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes - you'll be able to go back into your registration to update information up until a few days before Conference. If you're unsure about anything, once again, just give the office a call.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Either printed copy of ticket or proof of purchase on your phone is great - thanks.
What is the refund policy?
100% refunds will not be available after 01 November 2016. Prior to 01 November, you may refund your registration ticket, however, an administration charge of $50.00 will be applied.

SPADA, New Zealand's leading screen producer association, advocates for an environment and conditions under which a robust and vital independent screen production industry can grow. SPADA believes a strong, sustainable independent screen industry is essential in order to generate quality New Zealand content.
SPADA has effective input into government policy issues, and is involved in nearly all industrial relations negotiations for the screen production industry. SPADA members include independent producers and production companies working in film, television, TVC, video, post-production, animation and interactive media; lawyers and accountants, completion guarantors, broadcasters and industry suppliers.
