Welcome to the 25th Annual SPADA Conference 2017

If you're booking flights, Day One (Thu 23) starts at 9:00am and Day Two (Fri 24) wraps at 2:00pm.

Your SPADA Conference Registration includes:

* Catering (morning and afternoon tea and lunch - please advise special dietary requirements)
* 1x Ticket to the Cocktail Function - Thursday 23 November, 6:00-8:00pm
* 1x Ticket to the 20th Annual SPADA Industry Awards
* 1x Ticket to the Screenrights' Lunch featuring the BIG PITCH Competition

Accommodation
Partner hotels include The Museum Art Hotel and Bay Plaza. Special Rates available for SPADA Conference Delegates.

Additional Tickets to the Show Group Cocktail Function can be purchased for $50 per person.

FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Don't worry - Student ID/age will only be asked/required if you've registered as a Student/Youth!

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Te Papa is your closest and cheapest option for parking. The venue does not have any parking; a few parks are available outside but for a limited time period (so OK for being dropped off/picked up).

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you could get in touch with the SPADA Office if you're unable to make it on the day due to unforseen circumstances; if appropriate we will re-assign. Sharing of one ticket between two people is not allowed.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes - you'll be able to go back into your registration to update information up until a few days before Conference. If you're unsure about anything, once again, just give the office a call.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Either printed copy of ticket or proof of purchase on your phone is great - thanks.

What is the refund policy?
100% refunds will not be available after 01 November 2017. Prior to 01 November, you may refund your registration ticket, however, an administration charge of $50.00 will be applied.
