Find the balance in your body and mind amid the serene setting of the Bella Rakha Retreat Centre.

Join the Wellpark College Diploma in Yoga Students on this 3 day Yoga Retreat.


Pragyadhara Tamar Weka ~ Sannyasi Pragyadhara trained extensively in India and Australia living with and learning from her Guru – Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati. She completed a Masters in Yoga Psychology through Bihar Yoga Bharati (India, 2005). Member of The Yoga Training Academy (Australia). Yoga Alliance, Yoga Australia/YNZ.

Leza Schwab ~ Leza is a yoga teacher and therapist based in Auckland, New Zealand. An experienced practitioner of yoga, she focuses interaction with self- potentials through yoga, to improve the quality of daily life. Leza draws on Ayurveda and traditional and contemporary training to facilitate workshops and retreats in New Zealand, Australia and India.


$350 (includes single bed/shared room accommodation and meals other than breakfast/snacks). Does not include travel costs).

Friday, November 23 – approx. 35m travel from CBD – arrive 1.30pm for Retreat start at 3pm.


Sunday, November 25 (after the last session, which finishes 2.00pm)


The accommodation is sorted by Wellpark and will be shared room single beds, with sheets and towel. Once you arrive at the Retreat centre, go straight to Reception to pick up your keys. They will provide a Venue Map. Please move your personal belongings out of your room by 10 am on Sunday morning.

Please bring your own Yoga equipment, mat, 2 x blankets, and block/strap – also snacks, warm clothes, extra blankets, personal pillow, phone charger, togs & spare towel, torches, sunscreen, insect repellent etc.


Rosters and menu are pre-planned and prepared by the Yoga students – you are very welcome to help.

Vegetarian only food and we can adjust to fit other food needs.

15:30 - 17:00 Asana and Yoga Nidra –(deep relaxation)

17:00 - 19:30 Dinner break

19:30 - 20:30 Swan Sadhana and Trataka – steady gazing


06:30 - 07:30 Morning Yoga Class – Develop self-practice

07:30 - 09:00 Breakfast, personal time

09:00 - 10:30 Asana - Surya Namaskara and home practice design

10:30 – 10:45 Break

10:45 - 12:00 Chanting/ meditation, Yantra as a tool for meditation

12:00 - 13:30 Lunch

13:30 – 14:30 Free Time

14:30 – 15:30 Restorative practise session

15:30 – 15:45 Tea break

15:45 – 16:45 Home practise design – take home tools

17:00 – 18:30 Dinner

18:30 – 20:30 Havan – Traditional yogic practice and Kirtan.
