Description

This 3CX Training Workshop is open to all New Zealand 3CX Partners. It is obligatory for all attendees to have passed their 3CX Basic Certification before attending. 3CX Basic Certification can be found here on the 3CX Website.

This training program will enable you to:

  • Handle larger and more complex installs
  • Deploy more profitable installs
  • Gain greater customer confidence
  • Earn more from service revenue
  • Boost profits with the knowledge and skills to deploy and maintain 3CX Phone System installations

The 3CX Academy Certification Exam can be taken via your Partner Portal and it is expected that at the end of the day the Certification Exam will be taken.

  • 9.30am - Doors Open / Registration
  • 9.55am - Welcome
  • 10:00am - Technical Training Session 1
  • 12:30pm - Lunch break
  • 1:15pm - Technical Training Session 2
  • 3:30/4.00pm - End of the Day

Booking Reference: Upon your arrival to the venue, please have your booking reference at hand for registration check in.

Cancellation Policy: There is no charge for attending this 3CX training event. However, late cancellations and non-attendance can result in Soft Solutions issuing the Partner with an invoice for the sum of $200.00 excl GST. You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the event at no charge by contacting the organiser.
