About this Event
There is no denying that 2020 has been a challenging year for most. Despite this, there have been numerous silver linings recognised. The impact of Covid-19 has taught us a lot, and expedited the acceptance and proliferation of digital technologies. In particular, Covid-19 has revealed the breadth of existing population mental health challenges (including issues around access to support)
This period of adversity has also helpfully fostered digital mental health innovation at an accelerated rate, resulting in exciting new initiatives shaping the blueprint for a new era of eMental Health.
This year’s festive season will be different than those before. Stressors for many will be heightened, including financial stress, family conflict, loneliness and the inability to travel to see loved ones.
