That is why we have decided to join forces and put on a FREE seminar specifically for first home buyers, which will help you understand the buying process much better.

Your Speakers

Emma van der Kley - After successfully completing a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Psychology and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury in 2013, Emma joined the Kannangara Thomson team in April 2014. In October 2014 Emma was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Wathsala Ponnamperuma - Wathsala grew up in Christchurch and completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Canterbury. She was admitted to the bar in September 2013. Wathsala was attracted to Kannangara Thomson’s diverse client base and the support she has received from the other solicitors has made for a positive start to her career. She is mainly working in the area of conveyancing.

Scott Miller has been a property investor for over fifteen years, and his love of property lead him to forming Advanced Mortgage Solutions in 2008. Scott specialises in all aspects of mortgage-related products, but particularly loves providing advice for those who are wanting to enter the property market for the first time, and his knowledge of how the industry works is impressive.

Matt Ingold's real estate success combined with previous business and corporate experience brings planning with passion to the team. Matt is driven by process and strategy. He understands how communication, collaboration, and "no surprises" real estate works.

Nic Davis a salesperson with drive, has a strong management background and brings clarity and ease to the team. Nic is relatable and determined. He sees solutions, works with flexibility and believes in “tailor-made” real estate.

Miranda Knapton is one of the owners of Blue Summit Construction, alongside her husband Michael, and though she doesn’t swing a hammer - that’s about all she doesn’t do!

Miranda is officially the Business Manager at Blue Summit Construction, which includes her favourite role of client liaison as she is the one who works alongside the clients to ensure they are seeing the right professionals at the right time, investing their money and not spending it and following the right process to ensure the best possible outcome.
