Cassandra Grodd is a best-selling author, chart-topping podcast host, sought-after speaker, and soul-led self-confidence and spiritual coach.

Hayley Sharp is a Coach and Breathwork Facilitator certified by the world-renowned OWAKEN Breathwork. Blending logic, science, and spirituality, Hayley guides others to break free from stress and overwhelm to become their most optimal and successful selves.

Georgia Easter Dwan is a seasoned embodiment practitioner who weaves together over 20 years of yoga, meditation, and breathwork practice with a formal background in philosophy, political science, and human performance. Having navigated a series of traumatic experiences throughout childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood — and later overcoming chronic illness, multiple surgeries, and burnout — Georgia has dedicated herself to nervous system healing and self-rediscovery in the season of motherhood she now embodies.

Her work bridges science and spirit, offering grounded, trauma-responsive support that helps people reconnect with safety, truth, and the deep comfort of returning home. She is known for her calm presence, intuitive awareness, and the depth that comes from having walked through the fire herself.
