A New Compass: Leading in the Age of AI
Overview
This isn’t another AI event.
A New Compass is about leadership - how we show up, decide, and guide others in times of rapid change.
As technology accelerates and complexity deepens, A New Compass invites us to pause, reflect, and connect with our humanness: bringing (among other things) wisdom, compassion, and courage to the forefront.
It's an invitation to reimagine leadership in this new era - blending timeless wisdom with modern innovation. We’ll explore how to navigate this change while staying grounded in purpose, leading with empathy, and working with technology in service of people and planet.
As our opening presenter, Suzanne Hall MNZM, says:
'The world is shifting faster than any of us can track. Technology is expanding possibility; yet what will define our future isn’t artificial intelligence, it’s human intelligence: empathy, imagination, and integrity.
Leadership now begins not out there, but in here, in how we choose to respond to change, to uncertainty, and to one another. It’s self-leadership that becomes the compass, clarity in confusion, curiosity instead of fear, courage instead of control.'
Join us for a provocative, uplifting, and insightful morning - rich with expert presentations, panel discussions, reflections, and group kōrero.
