Event description
Learn to make Indian food then enjoy it together with others!

About this event

In this event you'll learn to make a North Indian dish (Daal Roti) and a South Indian dish (Sambhar Vada). Both will be mild/ not spicy. We will also make a sweet dish (an Indian rice pudding).

You will hear more about the country and its food culture from your host Ramandeep Kaur who is from Delhi but lives now in rural Ashburton.

Come along and help make some interesting Indian dishes involving white and black lentils, kidney beans, rice and vegetables. Get new recipe ideas, learn about another culture and enjoy a meal together at the end.All dishes will be vegetarian - most are also gluten free.

Limited to 10 people so get in quick.
