In collaboration with Kiwis for GOOD, a group of mental health pioneers in Raglan is leading the development of Somatic Compassion, a powerful and intuitive way for people to support each other in healing trauma, letting go of painful feelings, and finding their strengths. Previous workshops have shown amazing results. Kiwis for GOOD are sponsoring a documentary film about our work, to share with the world. Their first film, "The Miracle in Raglan", about Havening, has been watched over a million times on Facebook! The filmmakers will be at our workshop to capture the action.
This is a workshop for ordinary people, not health professionals, although all are welcome. Anyone can use somatic compassion with their family members, peers, friends, or those in need of support. Learn how we can expand this work into existing community groups and start to build our community wellbeing.
