Queenstown's first Active Travel mini-expo brings together all the voices in ONE place to give you all the info you need to start thinking about other options. Join us to hear the latest plans for Active Travel in Queenstown in three break-out sessions over two hours.

Keynote speakers Simon Telfer (Community advocate and chair of the Wakatipu Regenerative Recovery Advisory Group and Bike Wanaka) and Matt Roberts (Senior Transport Engineer QLDC) will speak to the principles of Active Travel & Community Engagement and update us all on what's proposed and how it will work in practical terms. They will be supported by key voices Gabrielle Tabron (Way to Go programme coordinator) and Willy from the Queenstown Trails Trust in Q&A sessions.

Darleen Tana Hoff-Nielsen - Active Travel Pioneer, e-bike shop entrepreneur & Green Party candidate for Northland will give you the lowdown on the highs and lows of e-technology. Darleen is a founding board member of the 'Electric Island' initiative, shifting Waiheke Island to fully sustainable e-travel modes. And she rides cool e-cargo bikes around the country...
We look forward to hosting the curious, the passionate and the sceptics at Buzz Stop Cafe, Frankton. Mingling & bike riding from 6.30pm, presentations begin 7.30 pm.
