About this event
Using a future-focused lens, this event examines and challenges how science and food technology is answering the demands of today’s rising consumer awareness and changing trends. Our speakers will give an overview of the current state of play and be involved in in-depth discussion, while the audience is encouraged to engage and challenge their thinking.
MC Daniel Eb, Director of Dirt Road Comms and founder of Open Farms, will host key speakers for an in depth discussion and debate. Check out the speaker lineup:

Attendees will also be treated to a Food Innovator’s Sensory Morning Tea, showcasing the latest in food innovation in New Zealand. A group of local and national food innovators will have the chance to pitch their food innovation to the audience who will then join them over the morning tea session to sample and ask questions of their innovation journey.
