Description

Do you consider yourself an entrepreneur? Are you an innovator? Would you like to learn more about starting up your own company? If yes, join fellow alumni to hear from Melbourne-based alumnus Aidan Clarke (BCom/BA), co-founder of sports apparel 2XU, now one of Australia's leading high performance brands. Aidan has also established another specialty brand with Saint, which makes super-high-strength denim motorcycle apparel and more recently high quality workwear.

Aidan will share his journey of creating unique fabrics with a value proposition, a point of difference and a compelling brand. There will be an opportunity to ask Aidan questions and there will be plenty of time for networking with fellow alumni in the evening.

Meet Aidan Clarke

After graduating from the University of Auckland with a BA/BComm in 1994, Aidan took up sales and marketing roles in Les Mills World of Fitness and Vodafone in NZ. In 2005 Aidan moved to Melbourne, co-founding the sports apparel business 2XU, which fast became Australia’s leading high performance brand. In 2011 Aidan went on to establish another speciality brand, this time the Unbreakable range in Saint Moto and Workwear.
