Amazing Race – Rangatahi Edition (Ages 12–19)
Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun, challenge, and connection! The Amazing Race – Rangatahi Edition is a high-energy event designed for Māori youth aged 12 to 19, combining teamwork, cultural pride, and friendly competition.
We’re passionate about empowering rangatahi through experiences that build identity, confidence, and connection. Rangatahi will work in teams to complete a series of challenges inspired by physical activity, problem-solving, and kaupapa Māori. This is more than just a race, it's an experience built to uplift our next generation, encourage confidence, and strengthen identity.
Funds raised will be going to Nga Manu Putohe who will be travelling Aotearoa this September for Koroneihana, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our Rangatahi to stand on their whenua, soak up all the kōrero, and be there for Kuini’s first Coronation - OVERALL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR NEXT GENERATION

🖤 Dress Code:All participants must wear black activewear and comfortable closed-in shoes. No slides, sandals or jandals allowed for safety reasons.

- Participants under 15 must be collected by an adult
- We are not responsible for participants before or after the event
- Rangatahi must organise their own transport
- First Aid-certified staff will be present on site
