We’re excited to welcome one of Aotearoa’s most celebrated culinary innovators and influencers - Peter Gordon (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāi Tahu).
Globally renowned as the ‘Godfather of fusion’, Peter has transformed how we think about food, culture, and creativity - blending flavours, techniques, and traditions from around the world to create bold, unexpected and deeply memorable dishes.
Rising to prominence in the 90’s with The Sugar Club in London, Peter revolutionised the dining scene with his eclectic and adventurous menu. He has been recognised with numerous honours, including the inaugural New Zealander of the Year Award and an ONZM for services to the food industry. Through his work, Peter continues to champion creativity, curiosity, and cultural exchange - using food as a powerful way to bring people together.
Admission is complimentary, but registration is required.
