An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation 4-week course. Each class is one hour, once per week. This course is practical, non-religious and designed for beginners. The course includes

YOUR FACILITATOR IS AMY LUTTRELL

I was introduced to mindfulness practice 15 years ago while experiencing anxiety and panic attacks and through consistent practice, as well as therapy I grew a relationship to my life that included regular stillness, calm and an acceptance of myself and the fluctuations of daily life. This practice has taught me how to be well which became a natural progression into becoming a meditation and yoga teacher.

I am a teacher of movement and mindfulness meditation and have been facilitating people in group and one-on-one settings for a little over a decade. I live in beautiful Taranaki with my husband and two young children and own a boutique creative studio working with business owners to grow purpose-driven projects. I have found that whatever I do, whether it be personal life or professional, Mindfulness sits as a foundation, a way of life.

Our bodies all have their own innate wisdom that supports healing. With patience, this practice can offer us simple tools to tap into these abilities and as a result, we can befriend ourselves, with loving acceptance.
