Andy will present the topic of mindfulness with a specific focus on how to apply it practically as part of a regular private meditation strategy. Join in with him for several short mindfulness meditation examples and explore the experience first hand.

Mindfulness is not a new concept and meditation is thousands of years in the making, some say its older than civilisation itself. What many don't know is that mindfulness is one of the very earliest forms of mental concentration. It was likely the very first version of meditation strategy and to this day it remains one of the most widely accepted and internationally practised methods of mental conditioning for both pleasure and business training purposes.

Andy is a ''Vitality Coach' and has over 20 years experience in health and wellness. He holds a certificate in Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation from The Yarra Valley Living Centre, an internationally respected organisation and recognised by The Meditation Association of Australia. He is a master trainer and coach holding numerous qualifications including a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science, a Health Coaching Diploma, yoga teacher certification and numerous body movement and personal training qualifications.
