About this event

This is a recurring event planned monthly, with timeslots available on Friday afternoons, or Saturday morning.

Every event starts with a 'Introduction to ASAP' interactive session, to introduce newcomers to the ASAP protocol and some of the science of trauma and prevention and mitigation of PTSD.

This is followed by the actual ASAP session for the day.

Timings for afternoon sessions are:

  • Introduction to ASAP session(for newcomers only) 1.30pm-3.00pm
  • ASAP session 3.00-4.30pm

Timings for morning sessions are:

  • Introduction to ASAP session (for newcomers only) 9.00am-10.30am
  • ASAP session 10.30am-12.00 noon.

Participants are welcome to come to any number of ASAP sessions. It is recommended to make ASAP a part of your mental wellbeing routine.
