Aspire Asia Symposium

Performing artists and arts organisations who want to succeed in Asia are invited to Aspire Asia, a free one-day symposium to be held on Friday 8 March 2019 at Q Theatre in Auckland. Aspire Asia is for performing arts practitioners and organisations with some experience touring or collaborating in the region and for those who are ready to take work there for the first time.

Full programme to be announced in February 2019. Speakers will include New Zealand artists and practitioners who have successfully presented, toured or collaborated in the region as well as international speakers from Asia.

There will be sessions on a range of topics including:

- Market intelligence from New Zealand artists and practitioners

- Future trends in Asia

- Key markets such as Singapore and China

- Funding FAQ's for Creative New Zealand’s Focus on Asia Initiative
