This course will provide a solid foundation for new leaders. It is designed for individuals new to both leadership and managerial roles. It equips new leaders with the fundamental management and leadership abilities they require to support successful teams.

The course spans two days, covering 12 modules that focus on the most important knowledge a new leader requires. These modules deliver hands-on skills rooted in leadership theory.


Key audience

This course is suitable for people who are new to leadership and would like to take a deep dive into the theory and practice that provides a foundation for a successful leadership career. It’s also beneficial for those who have been in a new role for a while that requires some leadership expertise.

  • Understand the importance of self-awareness and self-management as the foundation of effective leadership.
  • Understand how differences in others, and the ability to adapt to meet their needs, is essential for developing and maintaining relationships.
