About your presenter – Dina Ceniza

Dina is a Breathing Coach and certified Buteyko Practitioner who specializes in working with people who have asthma, hayfever, and allergies.

She struggled with a severe asthma exacerbation 8 years ago which caused her to be hospitalized twice in one week. She was on several medications, before finding a healthy, natural approach that helped her finally to manage her asthma and successfully taper off her medications in consultation with her GP. It has been 8 years since she last had a puff of her inhalers.

Dina is excited to share some tips on how you can start shifting your breathing to healthy, natural breathing to help manage asthma, hayfever, and allergies.
