Join Auckland Branch and Melissa Crawford, GM of Future Work at Vector to better understand and prepare for the workplace of tomorrow.

About this Event

Melissa will provide an interactive and engaging session on understanding how HR practitioners can educate themselves in future tech as well as developing the necessary skills toolkit. Future tech offers many opportunities for organisations and HR has a pivotal role to play in that. Preparing organisations for the ‘workplace of tomorrow’ is a challenge but developing timely capabilities in people will make this transition smooth.

The evening will begin with networking from 5:30 to 6 pm, followed by an interactive session by Melissa and will end with Q&A.

About our speaker Melissa Crawford, GM, Future Work, Vector

Melissa is GM, Future Work at Vector. Her work background shows a mix of strategy, leadership, project management, HR and IT. She has had a career that crossed multiple sectors (Tech, Airline, Banking, FMCG, Retail, Electricity & Gas). Melissa’s current interest is in the cross of her background in technology with her human behaviour and organisational development experience to look at how Future Technology may impact the way we work and how to incorporate human centred design into tech to add the care factor she is passionate about.
