Time for a different take on our forum this month - moving towards general investment advice...

Investment Advisers, Sarah and Andrew will talk about a range of topics such as:

  • Overview and outlook of the current economic climate and financial markets
  • Over the long term stock markets have navigated every type of crisis
  • What we can do for potential investors in terms of investment advice and service to help grow and manage wealth
  • Wealth management and diversified portfolios

Speaker profiles:

Sarah Priddle

Sarah Priddle joined Forsyth Barr in 2019, and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry; most recently as an Executive Financial Adviser in the banking sector.

Sarah is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning (FINSIA, Australia, 2007), and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management from the University of Canterbury (2001).

Sarah is focused and passionate about constructing suitable long-term investment solutions for her clients to ensure they achieve all their financial goals and objectives. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young family and running.

Andrew Yee

Andrew Yee joined Forsyth Barr Christchurch in 2016. He has over six years of experience in the financial services industry, including three years working for a major bank.

Andrew is registered as a financial adviser and is accredited as an NZX Adviser. He has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance, and a Diploma in Chinese Language, both from the University of Otago (2013).

Outside of work he enjoys a wide range of activities including basketball, playing/teaching violin, and volunteering with charities. He is an active member of Avonhead Rotary Club, and is also the president of the Medbury School Old Boys’ Association.
