ARE YOU READY! ITS TIME TO ELEVATE!

Adding Value Trust is proud to announce that we will be kicking off - ROUND 4 - NEW 10 week programme commencing 01 May 2022!

If you are live in Tawa, Porirua or Wellington this is opportunity for you!

Our 10 week programme will focus on Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing! Spots are limited so you must apply NOW!

Sessions will be held at three sites:

ASB Wellington -every Monday at 6:25 am

P`ōneke Rugby Club Rooms -every Wednesday/Thursday at 6:25 am

Athletes Village 5024 (11 Prosser Street, Eldson Porirua)

College Students - every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:00 am

Junior Students - every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 4 pm start

If you are interested please note the following which is non-negotiable:

• Complete online registration

• Must attend all training sessions

• Goals that you want to achieve in 10 weeks

• Must complete a weekly online questionnaire
