Bachelor of Education Teaching Primary Tai Tokerau selection interview

You are required to bring two forms of ID with you to allow us to complete a Police Vetting check. The forms of ID you will need are:

1. Passport or Birth certificate and

2. NZ Drivers license or Student ID card or 18+ card

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete the police vetting forms.

About the Interview

This is a group interview with 3-4 applicants per interview. You will be interviewed by 2-3 interviewers made up of academic staff and current teachers.

The interview lasts for 1 hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out police vetting forms and to get to know the other applicants.

You will be assessed on your communication skills, awareness of child safety, and knowledge and awareness of Education issues in New Zealand, as well as personal attributes considered by the University to be important for those wishing to pursue teaching.
