Kieran, a seasoned anxiety coach with 6 years of experience, invites you to a transformative retreat in beautiful Bali where he lives. After navigating his own struggles with anxiety, depression, and health challenges, Kieran developed a passion for helping others who feel stuck and have not found the solutions through traditional therapy. With a strong background in Biomedical & Neuroscience (UNE) and years of experience in Vipassana meditation, Kieran brings a unique blend of science and mindfulness to help you resolve the core of your anxiety.
Kieran will be in New Zealand during April and early May 2025, so if we have enough interest we will organise a get together to meet Kieran.

Frequently asked questions
Yes Air New Zealand flights from Auckland to Bali and return are included in economy class. Upgrades are available at an additional cost. You can stay on in Bali if you choose, just discuss your requirements with Carolyn.
We have included everything including accommodation, transfers, meals, classes, massages, yoga sessions, water purification ceremony and more.
Your Bali Visa which costs approximately $55 NZD, I love Bali tax of NZD$13. No alcohol is included, but you can purchase this if you would like to have a drink.
Yes, please discuss your requirements with Carolyn. We prefer you stay on after the Retreat rather than before.
We have a minimum requirement of 10 people. If we don't get 10 people the Retreat will not go ahead.
We are creating the Retreat for 16 people in single rooms. If people want to share a room we can take a few more, but not more than 20.
Yes we have a twin share price of $5999, and a single room price of $6199. There is one extra large king room for an additional cost, it would probably suit a couple. Please see the flyer for additional costs.
