About this event

Welcome to the Barefoot Hustle Women’s Walk Club! Join us for a fun and energizing walk starting at Vital Energy Yoga | Movement. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to hit the pavement with like-minded women.This event is perfect for all fitness levels. We’ll enjoy the fresh air, connect with nature, and incorporate a strength-building element to keep our bodies feeling powerful and supported. During the walk we will integrate a light pump with dumbbells shared with anther walking partner, in a structured sequence designed by Slow Movement Fitness Training creator Ewa Bigio. Walk, talk and hit that Zone 3 cortisol friendly zone. We finish back at VE studio for a mix and mingle!

Aim to be ready waterbottle in hand to hit the pavement at 8:20 am

Do I need to book in advance to join the walk?

What should I bring and wear?

Please bring a drink bottle and wear suitable trainers. Note: This is NOT a barefoot walk.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In case of rain or poor weather, we may move the event indoors to a studio for a light strength workout and stretch session.

How long does the walk/event last?

The walk and workout session usually last about 1 to 1.5 hours. After your welcome to join us for a bit of mix and mingle back at the studio.

Please wear suitable trainers, bring water, and only join if you feel well and able to participate. Let the leader know if you feel unwell. We may cancel or change plans for bad weather or safety concerns.
