Meet The Intentional Entrepreneur

Sarah is a successful strategist and coach who specializes in helping Creatives, Coaches, and Consultants build profitable service businesses. With a proven track record of success, she has helped numerous clients achieve their version of success, whether that's learning foundational business skills, attracting a steady stream of higher-paying clients, scaling their businesses with employees or a support team.

Her entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 8, selling quails eggs to restaurants and deli’s. Looking back, she see’s it as part of the journey to become the person she now is. Academically, she struggled, her dyslexic mind saw things in a way that didn’t get her grades. She was led by passion, creativity and optimism.

Having worked in the agency world as an employee and created and sold two service businesses from scratch, Sarah has a deep understanding of what it takes to create a successful business. She now dedicates her time to sharing her knowledge and helping others succeed.

Sarah understands that there are two ways to grow a business: Proactively or Reactively– because she’s done both. And whilst both her businesses were successful, one sucked the life out of her and the other filled her cup. That's why she focuses on helping her clients take a proactive approach and be intentional in throughout their business journey, which leads to clear focus, becoming known for their results, attracting their ideal clients, and being paid what they’re worth.

Sarah's coaching style is rooted in helping her clients align their values with their business goals. After all, she believes that building a business that you love is just as important as making it profitable. In her program, Beyond the Hourly Rate, she works with small service businesses looking to earn more and have more time for what matters most.

One of Sarah's strengths is her ability to help her clients create effective business strategies that actually work. She places a strong emphasis on getting the strategy right, from creating services that people actually want to buy to getting clear on who the ideal clients are and ensuring that they are solving a real problem. Once the strategy is in place, she teaches her clients the marketing and sales skills that align with their strengths, skillset, and values. Sarah understands that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and helps her clients find the strategies that are best aligned to THEM.
