Hey girl, this one’s for YOU!

Girls 4-8 (8 to 13 yo Queens)

We’re throwing a special event like no other—Beautiful Bodies, a private, girls-only chat where we get real about growing up, glowing up, and everything in between. It’s hosted by your fave mentor, Mariana Sala (that’s me!), and the absolutely amazing Dr. Aggie Them—a super-cool obstetrician and gynecologist who gets what you’re going through.

We’re keeping it light, fun, and FULL of truth. This is your chance to:

  • Ask the questions you’re too shy to ask anywhere else
  • Celebrate the changes happening in your body (yes, even the weird ones!)
  • Know that you are NOT alone—every girl in the room is on the same adventure
  • Walk away feeling empowered, connected, and so loved

Bring your bestie, your big heart, and your curious brain. There will be epic goodies, chill vibes, and real-deal convos that’ll leave you feeling like the absolute queen you are.

Mums, here’s the deal:

We kindly invite you to drop your daughter off and trust that she’s in loving, professional hands (unless she really wants you by her side—then you’re welcome too!). While she’s inside connecting and learning, why not head to a nearby café and prep for a post-event heart-to-heart?

This could be the perfect warm-up to share your own story—like when you got your first period—and show her you’re right there for her through it all.

RSVP is essential! Spaces are limited, and we want to make sure every girl gets the special experience she deserves.

Frequently asked questions

What age group is this for?

This event is for girls in Years 4 to 8 (ages 8–13). It’s designed for those who are starting to notice body changes or have questions about growing up.

Can parents attend the session?

We recommend this as a girls-only space to help them feel safe and open. Parents can drop their daughters off and wait nearby—but if your daughter prefers you to stay, you’re welcome to quietly join.

Is this a puberty talk?

Yes—but in a gentle, positive, and fun way! We focus on celebrating growing bodies, learning what’s normal, and creating a sense of connection—not clinical or awkward lectures.

Will periods be discussed?

Yes, they will be mentioned in a simple, age-appropriate way. We talk about what to expect, how to manage it, and how to feel confident and calm about it all.

What if my daughter is shy or nervous?

That’s totally okay—and totally normal! The space is welcoming, relaxed, and made for girls to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. She can just listen if she wants.

Does she need to bring anything?

Just herself, maybe a bestie, a water bottle, and any questions or curiosity she’s carrying. We’ll provide the goodies and the warm vibes.
