Registration Times and Location

Registration opens on 14th November from 12 pm. Check-in is located in the reception area of the Awapuni Paceway.

Meals

Friday: Food Truck Festival(Self Pay); Saturday Afternoon: food vendors onsite(Self Pay); Saturday Night: meal provided onsite from 5.30 pm until 8 pm.

Thunder Ride

Saturday 15th - Leaving from Awapuni Raceway at 9.45 am

Refunds

Tickets are not refundable but are transferable

Transportation

A bus service will be provided for $5.50 for the weekend. The route will be available at registration along with times for Pick up and Drop Off

Photographer

We will have a photographer on site with us. Rob Edwards a local from Feilding is looking forward to joining us for the weekend with his camera's and drones. Photos will be available for you all to view on our FB page. Please Tag and Share your photos https://www.facebook.com/nzharleyriders

Accomodation

Theres plenty of Hotels and Motels, AIRBNB etc available. Let the Hotels and Motels know that you are attending the HOG Rally. Some are offering discounts.

Chapter Games

This year the Chapter rivalry will being Saturday afternoon at the Event Centre. This will be alot of fun with plenty of challenges and lots of laughs. Chapters will be notified in due course
