About this Event
After a whole year of lockdowns and delays, BIMinNZ Auckland is back! Even if just for a end of year wind-down and catch-up with some familiar faces..
The December 2020 BIMinNZ Auckland event will be hosted by GHD. Arrival is from 5.30pm with presentations kicking off at 6.00pm.
Attendance is FREE. Food and drinks will be provided but pre-event registration is essential. All attendees are required to register prior to the day of the event.
Whether you’re a BIM Manager, Architect, Engineer, Contractor, Facility Manager, Manufacturer, Project Manager or anyone else wanting to learn and share information about BIM, BIMinNZ events plan to have something for everyone.

6.10pm - EBOSS BIM Survey Results 2020
The sixth survey in this series (extended from previous six) has been completed this year, taking another snapshot of the state of BIM uptake across the New Zealand Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry. Matthew Duder from EBOSS will present the findings of this year's survey, taken across a broad spectrum of the NZ industry, including designers, construction companies, and facility owners and managers.

Join us for an introduction to Esri ArcGIS Urban and the establishment of Wellington City Council’s Urban Planning Digital Twin “proof of concept”. Gain insights into the replication of 3D buildings and other city wide infrastructure for future developments. Harness the concept of building digitally before physically, to understand how new conditions could work and minimise risk. Complemented by enhanced stakeholder and public digital engagement.
