Blueprint for Property Investment Success in 2021 and Beyond
Event Information
About this Event
2020 changed the game for the global economy, but what has it changed for property investment? The market has boomed in New Zealand as the drop in interest rates led people to (once again) seek out returns in property.
Yields have dropped as values rose, so with intense competition, tight lending and broad economic uncertainty, how are investors supposed to work towards their long-term property goals?
Nick Gentle, investor, trader, and creator of iFindProperty's popular property investment course, bought several properties since lockdown and is truly mixing strategies - with a combination of buy and hold, trading, owner occupier and even a property for short-term lets. Nick will speak about his own strategy and deals, and give tips from experience in building up a 6-figure passive income. His talk will focus on what he thinks is important when investing in property and what can be ignored or outsourced, and how he feels property investors can build their own blueprint for property success.
Maree Tassell, the founder of iFindProperty, has also been purchasing in 2020, as well as planning a subdivision on another property. Maree has helped hundreds of Kiwis to get through the initial fear and doubt to invest well, and as a trained NLP coach, has a balanced perspective on property and life. She believes in the power of mindset and will speak about how to not sabotage your own success and how to find your own unique path in property investment. She will share not only her strategy but some case studies from other investors around New Zealand; showcasing what people are doing today to get ahead.
Join Nick and Maree on 16th February at the stunning Royal NZ Yacht Squadron in Auckland for an evening with like-minded people. Several other full-time investors from the iFindProperty team around New Zealand will also be there, giving you a good opportunity to rub shoulders with people who live and breathe property investment. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy drinks with the team and each other. There will be a cash bar and a light supper will be provided at the break. Free parking is usually available at the squadron. Numbers are limited for this special event which will not be filmed or recorded, so please book early if you can.
