Braided Rivers Seminar 2017
Thu 29 June 2017, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM NZST
What’s happening with braided rivers and the endangered birds that depend on them?
Once again, this is a unique opportunity to spend the day learning about our amazing braided rivers and the extraordinary life that inhabits them. Presentations are short (15-20 minutes) and cover a wide range of topics. In 2017, in addition to birds, we aim to include the following topics:
The 2017 programme is yet to be finalised, however as the 2016 workshop was booked out with standing room only, we advise you book soon. The seminar is open to memebrs of the public and is FREE, however as BRaid is a charitable trust, a donation would be sincerely appreciated.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is plenty of parking around the Lincoln Events Centre
What can I bring into the event?
A donation would be fantastic. Lunch, morning, and afternoon teas will be provided free of charge.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
Email Sonny Whitelaw: email@example.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, but we'd much prefer it if you cancelled and let the person coming in your place book instead, otherwise they'll be wearing your name tag.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Do I have to come for the entire day?
No, but it would be great if you could let us know, so we can cater accordingly.
