You will learn about from certified instructors:

  • The Wim Hof Method. A powerful method that’s proven to increase resiliency, balance your nervous system and strengthen your immune system. Note: we will not be doing ice baths.
  • Rebirthing. A powerful conscious connected breathing method designed to go deep into your physiology to remove blocks and unresolved trauma.
  • Oxygen Advantage. A set of scientifically-backed breathing exercises to increase physical performance and shorten recovery.
  • Buteyko Technique. Focusing on optimal breathing patterns and habits for everyday life.
  • HeartMath. Mindset and breathing tools to create heart coherence, be more resilient, and live from a heart-centered place.
  • Relaxation Techniques. Tips and techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, while improving calm, focus, and clarity.

Scott’s passionate about empowering you with simple tools that are right under your nose. Over the last few years, he’s trained thousands of people of all ages and stages. His approach is simple and profoundly effective. Sometimes he's funny.

Registered Naturopath & Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator

Ryan takes a holistic and science driven approach to empower his clients with tools and techniques to overcome stress, fatigue, and anxiety. He embraces the journey of every person and respects their unique difference.

Tania Graham-Brown

Certified Oxygen Advantage & XPT Breathwork Coach

Tania is really passionate about the mind and body being intrinsically linked when it comes to being 'healthy’. She concentrates on utilising predominately nasal breathing and breath holds to enhance your athletic performance, overall health and aid in recovery. She’s all-round fantastic.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat (if you have one)
  • Comfortable and warm clothes
  • A blanket (optional but highly recommended)
  • Water and food if you’d like (a vegan lunch will be provided)
  • A pen and notebook

FAQS

Q: I haven’t got any breathwork experience can I still attend?

A: Absolutely! There’s no need to have had any breathwork practice before coming to the Breath Day Out. Regardless of your experience, you’ll get a lot out of the day.

Q: Is breathwork safe?

A: Yes, breathwork is natural and safe. However there are a few exceptions, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or severe mental illness we ask that you get doctors permission first.

Q: How can I justify spending that much on an event?

A: Ask yourself how much it’s worth to you for your life to improve? And what’s the cost if it doesn’t improve? Usually, you’d pay this much just to learn one breathing technique and you’ll be learning over 5. We think it’s great value.

Q: I can’t afford a ticket, is there another way I can attend?

A: We do have some early bird tickets going for $170 and group discounts. We are also going to offer a few scholarships for people who are not in a financial position that can afford the event. If you’d like to apply for a scholarship, contact us and tell us your story.

Q: I can’t make it, will there be future events?

A: We hope so! Send us a message and we’ll keep you in the loop.

Q: What about COVID-19?

A: We will only go ahead under level 1 COVID-19 restrictions and best practices will be followed. If the event can’t go ahead because of COVID-19 restrictions we will shift the event to a future date. You will be offered a full refund if you can’t make the new date.
